AGICOA Europe Brussels is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose consists in the worldwide collective management of copyright and related rights on behalf of producers of audiovisual works.

These Terms aim to inform you on the conditions under which you may use the Website and access, use, view and share the AGICOA Europe Brussels content.

Any and all disputes that may arise between AGICOA Europe Brussels and the User under or in connection with these Terms, which have not been amicably settled, shall be finally settled in arbitration by the Belgian Mediation and Arbitration Office in accordance with the Belgian Rules of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Brussels, Belgium in one of the Belgian official languages. The award shall be final and binding on AGICOA Europe Brussels and the User.
