AGICOA Europe Brussels negotiates license agreements with operators in Belgium, to authorize them using audiovisual works in exchange for a royalty payment to producers. AGICOA Europe Brussels enforces these agreements on behalf of its rightsholders and ensures a streamlined process of royalty collection and distribution. Abroad, the AGICOA Alliance or other AGICOA external partners do so.
Collection may be conducted therefore either:
- directly by AGICOA Europe Brussels in Belgium,
- or through the AGICOA Alliance members,
- or via other AGICOA external partners (mainly other collective management organizations) in other countries..
AGICOA Europe Brussels, the Alliance members and AGICOA external partners are active around the globe by effectively collecting royalties for you and/or by taking the necessary steps to defend your rights. Check out the countries we’re present in!
