AGICOA Europe Brussels delivers on the Belgian markte the necessary authorisations to operators of audiovisual services.
Criteria and general tarification principles:
Criteria:
• Number of channels offered by the operator to its public;
• Nature of the channels;
• Composition of the packages offered by the operator;
• General ARPU and audiovisual ARPU of the operator;
• Number of subscribers receiving the service;
• Region where the service is offered (Belgium North, Belgium South or both)
Principles:
• Non-discriminatory treatment between the different distributors/ operators;
• Non-discriminatory treatment between the different genres/ rightsholders of teh repertoire;
• Equitable treatmetn based on the above mentioned criteria.
